We've just added a new feature to each listing details page, that shows similar properties to the one being viewed.

The listings are shown at the bottom of the detailed property sheet. There are 4 initial similar listings and you can easily see more, by clicking on the blue button titled 'View all similar properties here'

One of the cool easily accessible tools within the Phoenix homes search is the map section.

The map section shows you where the homes is on a live active map. But there is more. 

• You may want to know how to get from your current home to this home.

• You may want to know the distance from this potential new home to your job, family or favorite park.

• You want want to know one one of several of these things. In fact it should probably be part of your due diligence when vetting home for your short list.

Well you can. 

Each listing has a map and directions tab. At the bottom of the page you can simply put in your 'from' address and voila, you'll get a map of the route and distance.

The Phoenix homes search detailed listing panel allows you to gather further information besides the basics and the birds' eye view we mentioned recently.

Below the primary listings box is a section that starts of, 'next steps', which allows you to do up to 6 additional things with the listing.

You can quickly inquire about more information, though I would recommend stating what else you would like to know since most of the mls provides is here and more. Even better you can request a showing. That is the best way to see what a property has to offer. Photos and tours are good, but real life is better.

The share button allows you to easily share this home via e-mail or 3 social networks like Facebook, Twitter or Google Buzz.

On of the cool things about the Phoenix homes search we've custom made for you is the ability to see homes from a bird's eye view. Google's aerial view is pretty cool, but it's kind of a flat view, straight from the top from a greater altitude. 

The Bird's Eye View we've implemented comes from Bing map view which also allow an aerial and satellite view, but the additional bird's eye view is even better an more practical for most of us. Just look at the example below. It really is like being a bird in flight just over the neighborhood.
