A total of 4,767 home sold in March 2007 out of 42,484 Active homes. Sales usually increase during the spring season. None the less this is quite welcome after a very sluggish winter season. Days on the market remain high and will remain so probably for the remainder of the year. Average days on the market is 97. Rates remain good. For most buyers it is a splendid market, for sellers in niche areas it is a good market as well. Its mostly the outlying areas that are hit most by the slowdown and some central neighborhoods | |
