Our clients tell us that one of the best services we provide is our Client Gateway.  This is a custom made website page where you can receive updates of the homes you want as they come on the market.  Often you will see home before most other agents.  Although this is not as big of an advantage as a year or two ago, good home still sell well and often fast, so it's good to have that advantage.  On the Gateway you can see what homes came before in your search, you can select and delete homes you are not interested in or categorize homes you like by how much you like them, or you may send us an immediate email to get more information.  Each day you will get an update of any new homes that have been added to the inventory, based on the criteria you provided.  You can also change the criteria.  To start your own search please visit. HomeEmailed.com .  Fill in the information and select your seach criteria.  What you fill out will be sent to us and we will set up your customized Client Gateway.  Within a few days you will receive the homes in that criteria.  You can also choose to search for multi-family properties.   Please let us know of any special needs you have and we can try to search for homes that meed them.
