Commercial Real Estate

I just came back from a week long CCIM course.  I drove up to Pleasanton, CA.  Going there I took the I-5 but coming back I took one of my favorite roads; CA-1, or otherwise called the Pacific Coast Highway.  The weather was great as was the driving.  The course was well worth it and it will provide me with more tools to help our clients.  Here is some of what I learned:
