Rent Growth Slows in Phoenix MSA

rents grow at a slower pace, but grow non the less

Other cities, according to Realtor.com have beat out Phoenix for rent growth, namely Seattle, Salt Lake City and several other cities. Phoenix grew at 0.9% in the first quarter of 2007 but after a stellar year in 2006.  None the less Industry Experts are bullish on multifamily.  All MSA had occupancy over 90%.
