In fact it will be "...the first business district outside of downtown Phoenix to get its own dedicated express bur route for commuters", writes the EastValleyTribune.com The express line will connect such places as the Arrowhead Towne Center and other areas in Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria and Surprise to the Airpark.
Since Scottsdale is not an affordable place to live with the median home price at $612,750, in June 2007, these express connections will allow employees to work in Scottsdale while finding more affordable housing in other parts of the Greater Phoenix Valley.
