Downtown Scottsdale Sees Revitalization in Marshall Way Bridge Area

Scottsdale arts district sees increase in restaurants, nightclubs, wineries, galleries, farmers' markets and more

Downtown Scottsdale is emerging as a hot spot. Businesses are seeing more sales despite constant construction. With dozens of new restaurants, shops and galleries opening, this area will soon be a bustling pedestrian oriented center filled with art walks, farmers' markets and even wine festivals. The revitalization of the area will bring in new people and give them a reason to keep coming back. The south end of the Marshall Way Bridge is off to a great start and from there the positive vibe will fan out to the other nearby specialty districts.
