North Scottsdale Real Estate Development, One Scottsdale

The corners of Loop 101 and Scottsdale Rd. in North Scottsdale are quickly filling up.  Amongst my favourite retailers like Audi and Whole Foods, which is under construction, will be One Scottsdale a huge 11 building development north of the 101 and East of Scottsdale Rd. 

Some of the building designs will shortly be submitted.  The 11 buildings in phase one is part of a 120 acre development which will include commercial and office space along with a 400 room resort and 1,100 residences.

The completion of the first 11 buildings is expected in late 2009.

Phase 1 will include.

• 250,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
• 300,000 square feet of office space. The Dial headquarters amongst them.
• 250 residential units.
