For Scottsdale as a whole the median price decreased from $598,500 to $559,375 a 6.5% decrease. South Scottsdale median home prices decreased by 7.6% from $330,000 to $305,000 while the median home price in North Scottsdale Increased by almost 3% from $661,000 to $680,000. |
