| September 29, 2007 | | Once again we have another tool, seller carrybacks in combination with a conventional first loan, to help sell or help buy real estate in Greater Phoenix. | | It was just a matter of time before seller carrybacks made a come back. Many investors and owner occupied buyers have been asking about them and some seller are willing to give a partial seller carryback. The limitation has been obtaining financing for bulk of the purchase, especially conventional first leans. Now Countrywide has started to allow subordinated seller carrybacks as long as they fall into to certain guidelines which I believe are quite reasonable.
