In Greater Phoenix median condo prices declined by just under 7% but Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale held pretty steady, while Mesa and Tempe has slightly larger decreases in median prices just under 4%.  The median square footage of condos declined from 1,090 sf to 1,075 sf.
