At Hayden and McDowell you can find a 1,000sf 2 bedroom and 1 bath town home with many updates for $105,000.  In many of these communities you can purchase the real estate for no money down and loans that are easy to get into.  Many of these are close to downtown Scottsdale, the airport, employment, freeways, and of course entertainment.  Buying a condo is an easy way to own real estate vs. renting.  As the market improved and you pay down your loan you will build some equity in addition to other tax benefits of owning.
