Condo market in greater phoenix The condo market fared better than the single family home market overall with less than a 3% decline in the Greater Phoenix, but Scottsdale and Mesa had larger declines of 11% and 8% respectively. A total of 710 townhomes and condominiums sold. This is 25 ore than in September but 205 less than a year ago.
