The Biltmore Neighborhood in East Phoenix is built around the legendary Arizona Biltmore, a spectacular resort that’s been called the “Jewel of the Desert”. The resort is wonderful but despite its presence it’s not the center of attention in the neighborhood; the Biltmore offers much more. This is one of the major business and entertainment areas in the Phoenix Valley. There are high end stored at the Biltmore Fashion Park with great restaurants and a cinema hidden behind the large glass covered office buildings on the South side of Camelback Rd. This is also where you will find 3 large residential towers offering luxury flats. Besides these three towers there are more planned right on top of the East end of the Biltmore Fashions Park. 
Homes in the area come in all shapes and sizes and price ranges. There are many old ranch homes on the end of the Neighborhood near Campbell Rd., Large luxurious charming homes with green manicured laws further to the North plus the flats, condos and some multifamily complexes.

Generally the Biltmore Neighborhood can be defined as Lincoln Drive to the North, Campbell Rd. to the South, I 51 in the West and 32nd st to the East. At 32nd St. is where the Arcadia Neighborhood starts.
Within the Biltmore Estates you will find homes for the more demanding buyers with prices approaching $10,000,000.00. Very beautiful homes can be found for $650,000 to $1,200,000 and even $300,000 on the South end. Condos and patio homes come in many price ranges as well. Your only 6-8 miles from Downtown Phoenix and the airport is only 15 minutes away. If you find a good deal in this neighborhood then you should probably buy it. Even rental homes do quite well here.
This is the kind of neighborhood where values will not go down. This is a unique area. It’s not just the Arizona Biltmore that is a jewel it’s the neighborhood itself. It can only get better as money pours into the area.
