Arizona ranks 2nd for population growth.

The Western states continue to gain population the fastest.

Realtor magazine reported that Nevada took over as the fastest growing state followed by Arizona then 3rd. Utah, 4th. Idaho 5th. Georgia.

Sounds like good news, but nothing new.  The population growth in the Phoenix Metro area will greatly help with reducing the over supply of homes and get the Phoenix real estate market back on track for growth.
