The median home prices in Scottsdale as a city declined only 1% from $550,000 to $545,000 from last year.  This number is combination of the North Scottsdale home resale numbers and South Scottsdale home resale numbers.  250 homes sold in Scottsdale in January, down from 360 last year.

Condo in Scottsdale stayed flat at $272,500 and staying flat in this market is rather good.  See how the rest of the Greater Phoenix condo/townhome market did.  Condo and Townhome sales decreased from 190 to 140 in January.
