The median home price in North Scottsdale declined just as most of the Phoenix areas declined. The price dropped from $687,500 to $573,570. This is a 17% drop in median home prices. Looking at the chart the trend is consistent to the leading indicator which showed a dramatic change in demand in the summer of 2007. | |
