Phoenix apartment sales to increase in 2008.

A research firm recently reported that apartment property sales should increase in 2008, but cap rates are to increase slightly as well. 

Interest is definitely up with inquiries coming not just from local investors but Canada and the EU as well. 

Most sellers have become more reasonable in pricing, adjusting to the current supply demand cycle.
