Once you create your search on the left bar or by the map then simply click on the button "statistics" on the right side of the map and a small bar with statistics about your search will appear. The statistics will show average price, median price, high and low price as well as the same data for square foot-ages. Its a really neat little feature but don't rely on it to make any serious decision.
