Greater Phoenix Townhouse and Condo Market Trends

April 2008 Phoenix Metro Condo Resale Numbers and Graph

The Greater Phoenix Condo and Townhouse market in April 2008 ended with 835 sales.  This is up from the 685 sales in March 2008 but down from the 1,305 sold last year in April.

The median price for condos and townhouses in Greater Phoenix declined from $184,950 last year to $165,000 this year.  It was the same in March and February.   Most cities saw as light decline as well with Scottsdale almost the same as last year.

But, its the trend that counts, not the price change from one year to another.  The trend is for stability, at least for the mean time.
