Urban Phoenix Cycling

Once littered with "just reduced", "bring all offers", "new low price" signs the Phoenix real estate landscape is changing.

I've had a cycling verve lately.  I bike the streets of Phoenix more often even in this often miserable summer heat of Phoenix. 

Most of my biking is done in North Central Phoenix and the areas surrounding the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.  Cycling the Phoenix streets allowed a more comprehensive view.

That view was of streets awash with homes for sale many with the signs noted above, but lately this has been changing.  Those negative sings are being replaced.

Rarely will you see the "reduced" signs, more often it's "Just Sold", "Sold", "Pending" and "In Escrow." 

This is very encouraging and the recent Phoenix real estate market data support this.  It certainly makes for a more pleasurable urban bike trip
