Palmer Estates on the Phoenix Central Corridor

North Central Phoenix Established Beautiful Neighborhood

When you drive along Central Ave in North Central Phoenix on either side of the avenue you'll notice signs of stone, wrought iron, brick or wood. Some designate streets while others name subdivisions.

The entrance to Palmer Estates is one built of red brick and is adorned with a metal plate naming the subdivision and along with a memorial plaque.  The main entrance is located at Northview just north of Glendale Ave.

As soon as you enter Palmer Estates you'll be impressed by the beauty of the homes there.

Just as with Rancho Solano a bit further south, Palmer Estates features magnificent ranch homes and huge lots most of which are covered with well maintained green grass.

What's different is that the streets are wider and the variety of homes a bit different.  While Rancho Solano homes have some architectural details that hearken to the classical periods the homes in Palmer Estates are more true ranch homes.

The wide streets along with the large lots and deep set-backs makes this subdivision feel more open and large and the homes seem a bit smaller as a side effect but they are not.

This is a very impressive subdivision on the Central Corridor; it's now wonder very few home come on the market.

Hi,

Hi,

This is very nice to read you here. The article was interesting. The site for the Palmer states looked quite impressive to me.
