North Central Villas | Central Corridor

North Central Villas is a neighborhood in North Central Phoenix with the entrance you see on the photo to the right along Central Ave.  Just like the other neighborhood like Rancho Solano or Palmer Estates the homes are older well established as is the greenery; part of the charm of Central Phoenix is how green it is compared to the newer areas of Greater Phoenix. 

As you enter the wrought iron gates across the horizon you'll see immense greenery with large lots and ranch homes.  It almost looks like a rural community but it's urban Phoenix here.

The streets are winding which increases the visual interest. 

It will be very difficult to find an ugly home here, but you do have to like ranch style homes and you will want to hire a landscaper because there is a lot of grass.

Although there are homes below $500,000 you're more likely to spend much above that amount, especially considering the large lots.  Land prices in Central Phoenix are on the increase and so are the homes.
