Online Real Estate Marketing that Gets Phoenix Homes Sold

How do you benefit from having your property exposed online.

Well over 80% of home buyers start their home search online.  That's important.  It's also one of the reasons major newspapers are reducing their classifieds staff; print, at least for classifieds, is inefficient more so for a city like Phoenix which has such a large influx of new residents from around the country and the world.

Many of these potential buyers start to look well before coming to Phoenix.  They will never see that ad in the paper, they will never look at that home magazine, but they will search online and more then likely buyers will search using some of the major search engines like Google.

Below is a great example.  If a potential buyer were looking for a home with a 4 car garage here is what they would find.  Please note that position 1 is a website we created dedicated to to the home.  See it here:
22Place.com

This home sold quickly in about half the time of the market average and we had tons of calls from out of state.  Over 56 days there were 9,549 visits (not hits).

Again note position 4.  Here again it's our marketing at work for our client's benefit.

We like to write blogs but we do it to build a business and to help sell our clients homes and help buyers find homes.  This is just one example, above, of effective marketing.

We have a full expansive marketing plan that works.  Anything that does not work gets eliminated and over 9 years we have tried and eliminated a lot of things and left only that which brings results.

Put our "marketing with measurable results" to work you.
