Phoenix Biltmore Neighborhood Profiles | Georgia St.

A secluded prestegious area of the Phoenix Biltmore neighborhood.

Just south of the Arizona Canal which separates Paradise Valley from Phoenix in this segment, and north of Camelback Rd, East of 32nd St. is a small neighborhood with a very unique character and mix of homes.

The Camelback Corridor is a very popular area, densely populated with many businesses, shopping, dining and exclusive neighborhoods along the path.

This small wedge of homes feels a bit secluded because of the barriers, mentioned above, which prevent much traffic from flowing through.  Unless you live there or are vising there is not reason why you would drive through except to enjoy the varied architecture.

It's the selection of architecturally interesting homes that provides much to be desired.  Besides the ranch homes which predominate you'll see several ultra contemporary homes, several bungalows, country classic and several newer Tuscan homes; even many of the ranch homes have been remodeled with unique features.

This area is perfect for someone who would like to purchase an older ranch home and remodel it to their taste.  Homes can be purchased from the low $400,000.  The neighborhood is one of many such projects and remodeled homes, done well, are very desirable.  Some of the homes go well past the 1 million dollar price range.

There are always a few homes for sale.  The more unique homes like the county classic and contemporary homes are along Georgia Ave. close to the Arizona Canal.

Below is a map of this neighborhood and homes for sale. Click on any of the homes to get more information about them.
