Built in 1964 by Al Beadle, this house sits abandoned and lost.  It almost reminds me of several ranch homes which sat on barren lots in Downtown Scottsdale in search of a new place to put down roots.

The setting is beautiful: at the south foot of Camelback Mountain: its no wonder many see a Tuscanasor or the sort here instead of this house.

It, this house, is in need of massive repair and so is the lot around it.  It actually looks much better in photos then in reality but the potential is there.
