North East Phoenix Mountains Homes and Sales Data


85028 is the zip code for the area on the north east side of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve.  It stretches from where Shea Blvd. begins on the West to Paradise Valley on the East. 

Many of the communities in this zip code are quite unique.  You'll find horse properties, contemporary custom homes, a Mid Century Modern subdivision by Al Beadle and a multitude of homes in between. 

Because it does not have any major through ways except for Shea and the access to I-51 many people don't know too much about this area.  This is good and bad.  It's good because it rather quite but it's bad if you want to sell because it take special effort to expose homes: the area must be sold as well as the home.

Below is the current real estate trends data for 85028.  Similar to the trends in other Phoenix areas, the inventory is decreasing and sales increasing.  The pending sales figure of 24 is up from last months 23 and is much higher then a year ago.  This is probably the best future indicator.
