Though we serve the entire valley our
focus is the Phoenix Central Core which we consider the neighborhood
below plus Phoenix Midtown and Downtown which are covered in more
detail at RealEstateConfluence.com (These profiles will always be on the left side of the blogsite)
The neighborhood include (in alphabetical order): In
each of these neighborhood profiles are or will be more detailed views
of individual subdivision and related articles: see the link at the
bottom of each neighborhood profile for more related articles. Some
of the areas overlap: the Camelback Corridor runs through the Biltmore
area and Arcadia: the Central Corridor is in North Central Phoenix, but
