Zip code 85020 is East Sunnyslope, Part of North Central Phoenix and the Dreamy Draw area.  It's a very mixed area and property types vary greatly from entry level older homes below $200,000 to multi-million dollar estates: it's a typical older Phoenix area where new and old meld into a very distinct whole.
