then out- on a very small lot: the lot size is of little consequence
since your entire back and front yard is Downtown Scottsdale.
Had this been built elsewhere- in a sleeper community- it would have little to offer except the architecture: it would be very much out of place, but not where it is now.

I like the contrast between Loloma 5 and the next door small office
with its spanish style finishes: It looks very nice and tow styles
complement each other well.
