Homes sales in 85028 zip code, and update of the current resale numbers.

Sales in the North Foothills of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve are stronger then last year.  In October 19 properties sold.  That is 3 more then last year and only 2 less then 2006 which was still a good year. Pending sales are up as well indicating a positive trend. 

Despite the good unit sales the median price declined to $329,000 from $391,000 last year.  It's the pressures of REO / Lender Owned properties driving prices down.

See a few examples of subdivisions in the North Foothills of the Phoenix Mountains at 85028.  Each is unique and offers something different.  It's a very diverse area: quite nice, indeed.

There is also a very nice selection of luxury homes, these tend to hug the preserve border.
