Biltmore Neighborhood

When most Phoenicians think of the Biltmore area, luxury living, great shopping and good dining come to mind.
The Biltmore area surrounds Biltmore Estates a small exclusive neighborhood at the foot of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve from 24th St. to 32nd st to about Indian School. Central Scottsdale Neighborhood

While North Scottsdale is new properties, mountains like Pinnacle Peak, McDowell Mountains, Golfing and events; South Scottsdale is, clubs, restaurant, lofts and condos, historic neighborhoods. North Central Phoenix

North Central Phoenix are zip codes 85012, 85013, 85014 and 85020. This area is often called Uptown Phoenix, though uptown ends at the canal just north of Northern Ave, North Central Phoenix ends at the south foothills of the Phoenix mountains. On the North side of the Phoenix Mountains is neighborhood with a diverse selection of homes ranging from horse properties on huge multi-acre lots to contemporary houses in varying stages of condition more often luxury then not. Paradise Valley

Sunnyslope

The location is almost ideal. If it were not for all the older properties, small lots and so much more work that needs to be done, this would be and probably will be the place to live. Not only is it close to hiking trails with beautiful mountains views, its also close to city center with a straight ride down 7th St., down the Central Corridor or 7th Ave. All these major arteries will take you right into downtown Phoenix and anywhere else you want to go.
