Marlen Grove is a small subdivision in North Central Phoenix, one lost for a long time in a sea of ranch homes, but the resurgence of interest in mid-century modern homes has brought many to new life: the open simple floor plans do well in the modern life style.

Market Grove homes were designed by Ralph Haver and built in the early 50's but the subdivision has homes from 1948 to 1968: 73 of them.
