If you own or plan on owning rental housing in Arizona and especially in greater Phoenix, I would encourage you to join the Arizona Multihousing Association .  By joining you will gain access to an association that "exists solely to protect your rights and enables you to operate a successful rental housing business in Arizona".  This is an association geared for bigger apartment owners but there is a sub association.  It's called the Independent Rental Owners Council (IROC) for those that have 20 or fewer rental units.  By joining IROC you get.
