According to new data put out by Workforce.az.gov  job growth will be health in the Phoenix area for 2007 and 2008.

Jobs drive most of the economy.  As jobs come to the state more jobs are created and more people will come to this state.  Phoenix has already grown but the population is expected to double in another 20 years.  This is a lot of people. They are coming here because of the jobs.  This will have a great effect on housing.
