Phoenix located Multifamily Fourplex Just Sold
Artur & Joanna just sold another fourplex (we brought the buyer) located in the Medlock Historic district of Phoenix, Arizona.  This is a super location just 2 small streets away from the upcoming Light Rail which will begin operation in late 2008.  The property sold for $459,000 which is about the same as the previous property next door which sold for $450,000.  Its $115,000 per unit, which is just a bit less then the triplex we just sold at $117,000 per unit.
