Phoenix MSA Apartment market rated high by Industry Experts

CCIM members gave the apartment sector the highest performance rating of the five property types for the 3rd Q in a row, according to 1Q07 CCIM/RERC Investment Trends Quarterly.

Phoenix MSA is not different.  With the increased demand for apartments rents are up and vacancy is down.  The trends has good momentum and will most likely continue.
