Scottsdale has over half of the Valley's Office Construction

Scottsdale's Commercial Real Estate is Going Strong.

Unlike the housing slow down, commercial real estate is moving forward at a rapid pace and Scottsdale is the prime location for new office construction in Greater Phoenix.  According to MarketView CB Ellis, first quarter report, about half of all new commercial real estate office development is in Scottsdale, or about 1.6 million square feet is under construction in scottsdale.
