A recent survey of affluent home owners, by Coldwell Banker Previews Int., shows a list of amenities that the home owners are likely to have and what features are at the top of their lists.  The list includes:

Boat docks.
Bedroom Kitchens.
Indoor pools.
Putting Greens.
Outdoor fireplaces.
Higher-end outdoor kitchens.
Outdoor rooms.

What's at the top of the list? Heated Floors.  The only room in a Phoenix home, I can think of putting a heated floor in, is the bathroom.  Otherwise I don't think this is on the top of the list for homeowners in Phoenix metro. Outdoor furnishings, kitchens, putting greens, rooms are more likely to crop up on lists here, oh and a misting system for those summer outdoor parties will make the outdoors more enjoyable.
