2 Phoenix cities top the 10 fastest growing cities in the U.S

Phoenix metro continues to grow, and several cities are leading the way.  Gilbert is the 5th fastest growing city in the U.S., Peoria was the seventh fastest growing city, at 5.8%.
The newest Census Bureau report shows Phoenix moving up to 5th place, ahead of Philadelphia, as the nation's fifth most populous city, with a population of 1.5 million.  In addition, Phoenix had the larges population increase of any city between 2005 and 2006. Phoenix added 43,000 residents in that time. New York continued to be the most populous city with 8.2 million residents.
