Most areas in the valley had a lower average selling price in June 2007 ( May 2007 data) then in the same period in 2006. North Scottsdale home prices were down just over 3% while South Scottsdale prices were down 2.8% from $325,000 last year to $316,000 this year. Sales decreased as well. A total of 415 homes sold in Scottsdale in June 2007, while 465 sold in June 2006.
