Compiled by Artur Ciesielski / Data from ASU Polytechnic While home sales are lower, condo sales in Phoenix metro have increased from 1,035 in June '06 to 1,125 in June '07. 1,245 sold in May '07. Phoenix had the highest median price increase of 11% from $150,000 to $166,500. The valley as a whole had a slight increase of 3.45% over last year as the median condo price increased from $174,700 to $181,250 but it was $184,990 in May '07. Both Scottsdale and Tempe had slight decreased in median price of condos. Glendale condo prices stayed flat. | |
