Scottsdale Has A New Great Website With Info About Your Home and Places to Go

If you want to find a place to eat, or shop or you want information about the neighborhood where your buying your Scottsdale real estate, this is great place to start.

The city of Scottsdale's website has been replaced by a more pleasing user friendly one that still retains all the good information and resources it had before and more. Some of my favorite links are:

What's happening in Your Neighborhood. Here you can get a snapshot of most activity that occurs in your Scottsdale neighborhood like, construction activity, development requests, building permits, code enforcement, crime activity for the last 6 months. All these are useful things to know when you are buying a Scottsdale home in a particular neighborhood. It's good to know what going on there.

Finance, Demographics & Economics. Get Scottsdale demographic and economic reports, business revitalization programs, Tax information plus.

Environment & Preservation. Here you can find out more about Scottsdale's green building program, the Mcdowell Sonoran Preserve, and Historic preservation amongst others.
