A total of 955 sale took place in August, compared to 1,100 last year. The median price rose by 7.4% from $170,000 to $182,500. Phoenix median condo prices increased most from 153,295 to $173,000 (12.85%) while the condo median price in Scottsdale decreased by 8.7% from $266,000 to $242,900. Mesa and Glendale also has slight decreases while Tempe median condo prices increased by 8.8% |
