New Home Sales In Phoenix Metro for August 2007

Sales of new homes in Greater Phoenix are down from last year, but still good.
According to the newest report by RL Brown, 3,110 new homes sold in August 2007, this is 23% lower then last years 4,055 new home sales.  This is in addition to the 4,240 resale homes sold in greater Phoenix in August 2007 (25% lower than last year).
Despite the lower sales numbers the median price is holding steady. This is especially clear when you look at the longer term, before the 2005 price blip.
