Hillcrest Ranch in Glendale, AZ is located just North of Arrowhead Ranch (Deer Valley Rd) and West of 67^th Ave. It’s a sizable community with some 1200 homes. Most were built by Shea Homes and Pulte Homes in the early 1990’s. It’s a very nice community with single and tow story homes in the range of just over 1000sf to under 3000sf. Hillcrest Ranch has excellent communication. The Loop 101 is only 1 mile to the south and Deer Valley is a large road as is 75^th Ave and 67^th Ave so travel is easy and fast.

For a long time this area was lacking in shopping but now as the area has built out the shopping has followed. You will have easy access to groceries stores from the regular to the gourmet ones like AJ’s. Many restaurants have also joined the development. Many of the same popular restaurants you would find in Scottsdale are also here. There is also no lack of entertainment. Visit Downtown Glendale for historic flair or go the Lake Pleasant for a picnic.
