(Date from ASU Polytechnic graphed by Artur Ciesielski, CCIM)

Year to date 47,690 homes sold.  A respectable number even compared to the 62,515 that sold last year and the 104,360 that sold in 2005.  The only thing that makes this current year to date number look bad is the large over supply of homes.  Inventory is near 58,000 and it will remain high for some time.
