The real estate market in Paradise Valley has declined just as the rest of Greater Phoenix, but prices have been more stable as have been home sales.  Paradise Valley is a unique market and this simple look at median home prices and homes sold does little to shed any light on the state of home sales in Paradise Valley, but its fun to look anyways.

In November, a total of 12 homes sold, compared to 23 in November 2006.  This may seem like a big decline until you look at year to date sales.  Year to date 234 homes sold, which is only 30 less than the 264 last year.
