Real Estate Historic Price Trends in the City of Phoenix

Home and Condo median home price trends graphs.

Sales of condominiums-townhomes in the City of Phoenix decreased from 315 in November 2006 to 215 this year.  The median price increased from $149,900 to $164,450 but it has been declining for 3 months after a high in August 2007.

 In the City of Phoenix a total of 870 home sold.  1,575 sold in the same period in 2006.  The median home price decreased to $208,425 from $226,160 last year.
