Three Fountains in the Arcadia Neighborhood at 4401 N. 40th St. just South of Campbell is considered by many a landmark project. It is a Phoenix mid century icon by the architect Al Beadle. There are just over 50 condominiums in this project. They each have 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath units with approximately 1,024 sf.

Many owners have remodeled these condominiums on the interior, while other wait patiently for their turn. Some of the remodels are superb.
The exterior is in need of refurbishing. This great complex could be spectacular with careful updating. Modern architecture, because of its simple forms and finishes, needs to be of high quality.
We hope that Three Fountains will become an even more desirable place to live and own once it has been restored or at least refinished. 1 to 2 units sell per year in Three Fountains. Prices are hovering at $250-$300,000 in early 2008.
